What is the ChargeUser guarantee?

  • Once you have booked your parking place, it will be available on the date and at the time you booked it.

  • If the owner fails to deliver your booking, we will refund 100% of the charge, and we will help you find another place nearby, providing there is one available.

  • If there are any conflicts with parking spaces, we will mediate in order to find a satisfactory solution to the problem.

  • To do this effectively, you must using the Charge and Parking messaging system to communicate with us so that we can see what has happened. The guarantee will not be valid if communication/booking takes place outside the website.

Reasons for booking conflicts:

  • The description was seriously inaccurate.

  • The owner does not have the right to rent the space out.

  • A parking fine / sanction was received. Send us a copy of the fine and a photograph of where you were parked.

  • Having to park somewhere else because the owner was not available.

  • There was not enough space for my vehicle (take photographs so we can investigate further).

  • The garage didn’t exist (we will check the records for this parking space to see if other drivers have had the same problem).


  • Photographs should be provided to prove the parking place was not available at the moment you were trying to park.

  • Parking fines, tow-trucks and other sanctions not included in this guarantee. Parking sensibly and legally, in accordance with the highway code.

  • Other associated costs, including alternative transport costs or train, plane ticket substitution, etc. are not included in this guarantee.

Charge and Parking guarantee that your booking through us will be available, or we will refund your money.

In the event of conflict, you must report it to us within 72 hours. After this period, the owner of the parking place may have received payment and we will be unable to help you.

We will mediate in all conflicts between users of our community.
