Frequently Asked Questions
Drivers - ChargeUsers
To book a garage you need to sign up as a website user. Afterwards, you need to search for the parking place that best suits your needs. Finally, once you have chosen it, you need to complete payment.
In your user account, there is a bookings section. This is where you can see your booking status, and if you wish, you can cancel a future booking.
The ChargeOwner will usually arrange the procedure when you are booking. You may be given access using a device, a key or the owner may open the garage for you.
When you make a booking, the ChargeOwner has a commitment to the ChargeUser. If the ChargeOwner cancels the booking before 48 hours the due time, we will refund the full amount of your booking. Furthermore, we can help you find another similar parking place to minimise any inconvenience.
If, for some reason, you were unable to park, for example: you are unable to access the parking place, the space was occupied, parking was prohibited, you should contact us as soon as possible, within 72 hours at the most, so that we can help you find another parking place or request refund of your money.
Owners - ChargeOwners
ChargeUsers must leave the parking place in the same conditions as they found it. ChargeUsers are responsible for any damage they cause.
There are several devices that permit providing access to other people to your garage via you mobile.
Resolving problems or doubts
This is the most serious incident that can happen when a ChargeUser arrives at the charging point and it is occupied. We have a detailed action plan that consists of a number of sanctions and compensations, which is as follows:
* We will look for another parking place in the area for the ChargeUser and no charge will be made, providing the characteristics are similar.
* The ChargeOwner must pay double the amount of the service that has not been provided with the new ChargeUser charging point, one part to the owner of the parking place actually used and the other for the ChargeUser for compensation.

The ChargeUser and the ChargeOwner should both have insurance policies, and this will be checked by our operations department.
If this occurs, the money will be refunded to the ChargeUser and another charging point will be located in the nearby area. In this case, the ChargeOwner will not be sanctioned, since this could be a problem with the charger or the electricity grid.
Our policy is to charge for the service on average 3 days before charging and paying 3 days after the service in order to ensure that everything has gone smoothly, without any incidents. Payment can be via PayPal or TPV payment gateway, and payment to ChargeOwners will be by bank transfer.
We will make VIP users when ChargeUsers recharge 10 times and when ChargeOwners are visited 10 times. They will have the following advantages:
* Right to recharge without commission for every 5 recharges made.

The queries and incidents solutions not covered in any of these sections will be dealt with via the on-line chat or by e-mail.
